The different types of platforms

  • Vertical lifts: They are specifically designed for lifting people to height and are recommended when it is necessary to work in very confined spaces. These, in fact, are small and lightweight and are perfect when it is not necessary to carry heavy loads of working materials.
  • Electric or diesel platformsthese, on the other hand, are similar to the former, but motorised and powered so as to support and lift heavier loads of operators and materials. Their main purpose is to be able to work on rough, hard or steep terrain, thanks to the presence of state-of-the-art stabilisers.
  • The electric articulated boom liftsthey are specifically designed for reaching very high altitudes, such as in the case of multi-storey buildings or skyscrapers, thanks to the presence of articulated booms that cover very significant distances.
  • Trolleys telescopic and the car–carrotthe latter are vehicles equipped with special articulated arms for special operations in areas of the building that cannot be reached with scaffolding or other lifting platforms.
